Once information is collected, it will be used and disclosed only for specifically stated purposes when serving the needs and desires of my customer and client. No personal information will be used for a new purpose that extends beyond the original stated purpose, without the express consent of that individual or individuals.
All information that is no longer required for its originally intended purpose, is dated, or is no longer needed for the further benefit of my client, will be destroyed in a competent and secure manner.
